A habit tracker for iPhone

Three daily priorities.
And the why behind them.

Most habit apps drown you in checkboxes. Rise asks for just three priorities a month — the ones that actually matter — and keeps the real reason in view while you build the streak.

The Rise home screen showing three daily priorities, each with the reason behind it and a streak grid for the month.

Start with the why.

A habit isn't really about the run, or the pages, or the early night. It's about who you're trying to become. So every priority in Rise carries the reason you set it — in your own words, waiting for you on the morning you'd rather skip.

Three priorities a month. No more. Because focus is a feature, not a limitation.

"i'm so done lying awake at 1am, chest tight from scrolling. i just want my nights back."

No phone after 9pm

"my brain never shuts up and i'm exhausted by it. ten minutes where i'm not spiraling."

Meditate 10 min

"the takeout is eating my paycheck and i feel gross. i want to be someone who cooks."

Cook dinner at home

Limited on purpose.

One tap to done

Check off the day with a single tap. The circle fills orange, the streak grows, and that's the whole ritual.

Room for the why

Each priority holds the reason you set it. On the hard days, that note is right there under the name.

Your month at a glance

A colour-coded streak grid shows the whole month in a glance — the wins and the gaps, no judgement.

Gentle reminders

Set an optional nudge per priority. Already done for the day? Rise stays quiet and won't ping you.

Yours to keep

Export a backup file whenever you like and restore it on another iPhone. Your history belongs to you.

Private by default

No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Everything lives on your phone — Rise works fully offline.

Questions, answered.

Why only three habits?

Because three is enough to change a month. Track fifteen things and you'll do none of them well. Rise caps you at three priorities so you actually keep them.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no sign-up and no login. Open the app and start. Your habits and history are stored on your device, not on a server.

What happens to my data?

It stays on your phone. Rise collects only anonymous, aggregate usage analytics to improve the app — never your habit names or notes. You can export everything to a backup file anytime. See the privacy policy.

How much does it cost?

See Rise's App Store page for current pricing.
